I didn't buy the iPad when it first came out. I pre-ordered my iPad on the apple website. The 64GB WiFi+3G model is friggin awesome and so worth the $850!
I was gonna get one but after this review, I'm just gonna hold out and get a laptop. Since you said it's 1st gen, it's bound to have some technical difficulties. I'll just have to wait and make sure it's really worth it. Thanks for the review.

@Yambag345 No I would not. 1. it's half the price 2. I read paper... not electronic screens. Thus no need for a reading tablet. The ipad to me is the worst of all worlds . If I want to waste my life playing silly games, I'll buy a DS/PSP. If I want to listen to music, I need more than 16-64gb of space to store it on, If I want internet, I have a computer and I'm not willing to lug something of that size around that lacks the functionality of a laptop.
